Email us at hello@casinoclaude.ink
One address covers everything: hello@casinoclaude.ink. It is monitored by Adrian Novak and the editorial team, not a shared support tool. We aim to reply within two working days (Monday to Friday, UK office hours). Messages sent late on a Friday usually get a response by Tuesday. Privacy requests are handled inside the 30-day GDPR window.
To help us reply faster, please include the exact URL of the page you are writing about and, where relevant, a screenshot or the specific sentence you are contesting.
What we are happy to help with
- Corrections and updates. Flag anything on the site that no longer matches what an operator is actually offering and we will retest the claim and refresh the page.
- Story tips and player experience reports. A first-person account of a KYC that dragged on, or a support agent who genuinely fixed a problem, goes into the retest queue and can move a casino up or down.
- Operator submissions. Casinos are welcome to put themselves forward for review. The verdict comes from our own testing, and neither a place on a list nor a specific score is for sale.
- Press and media. Journalists and podcasters can reach Adrian at the same address; put "Press" in the subject line and we will route it accordingly.
- Privacy and data-subject requests. Handled through the same inbox — see our Privacy Policy for the detail.
What we cannot help with
One boundary worth being upfront about: CasinoClaude.ink reviews casinos from the outside. We are not an operator, we do not hold player accounts, we never touch player funds, and we cannot intervene in a dispute between a player and a casino. Locked accounts, forgotten passwords and stuck withdrawals must be raised with the casino's own support team first.
We do not resolve casino disputes — here is where to go
If an operator has refused to resolve a legitimate grievance, the correct next step is the licensing regulator that issued its permit, not us. Use the live public register at the relevant authority to confirm the operator's licence and file a complaint: the UKGC (gamblingcommission.gov.uk), MGA (mga.org.mt), Spelinspektionen (spelinspektionen.se), KSA (kansspelautoriteit.nl), Spillemyndigheden (spillemyndigheden.dk), ANJ (anj.fr) or ACMA (acma.gov.au), depending on where the operator is licensed. That is the proper channel and it is the one operators are legally obliged to answer.
If gambling itself has started to weigh on you or on someone close to you, please look at our Responsible Gambling page. It lists free, confidential support services in every country we cover. Adults 18 and over only.
